Looking for hotel rooms in Gothenburg that fit more than two people without feeling cramped? Kviberg Park Hotel & Conference has rooms for everyone — from business travellers and couples to families needing four, five or six beds — all with modern décor, a private bathroom and breakfast included.
The rooms are located inside Prioritet Serneke Arena, twelve minutes from Gothenburg city centre. Several rooms have windows overlooking the arena, meaning you can follow a football match right from your bed. Others face the green hills of Kviberg or the rock face nearby — the view varies, but the standard remains the same.

Family rooms with space for everyone
Our family rooms come in several sizes. The smallest sleeps four — two single beds and a bunk bed — while the largest, Familjerum Grand, spans 95 square metres with oak parquet flooring, a seating area and a conference table for up to twelve people. Perfect if you want to combine your stay with a smaller meeting.
The six-bed rooms feature two single beds, a fold-out bunk bed and a sofa bed. All family rooms include a private bathroom with shower, WiFi and parking. Breakfast is included for all guests.
The Familjerum Plus option also offers a seating area and windows with views over Gothenburg — or over the arena, if you'd rather watch the match from your room.
Standard rooms for one or two guests
The standard room features two single beds, WiFi, a spacious bathroom with shower and parking. It's a room without unnecessary frills — clean, quiet and with everything you need for a good night's sleep. Accessible rooms are available.
The windows look out over either the arena, the rock face or Kviberg. Prefer an arena view? Just mention it when booking and we'll do our best. The breakfast buffet is served every morning and is included in the price, regardless of room type.
Pet-friendly accommodation at Kviberg
Your four-legged travel companion is welcome. We have designated rooms where dogs are allowed, and at check-in a welcome gift awaits — complete with a food bowl, water bowl and a treat. The cost is 200 SEK per night per dog, with a maximum of two dogs per room.
Dog-friendly rooms are booked separately and subject to availability, so please mention it when you make your reservation. Have your booking confirmation ready at check-in. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of green spaces and walking paths around Kviberg — perfect for a morning stroll before the breakfast buffet.
Activities and dining — all under one roof
What makes the hotel rooms at Kviberg special isn't just the rooms themselves — it's everything around them. One floor down you'll find Skidome with indoor skiing. In the same building you'll also find Beach Center, a climbing wall, an OCR course and a relaxation area with bubble pools.
Glenn Sportsbar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner — from Italian classics to burgers and salads. You never have to leave the arena if you don't want to. But if you do feel like exploring Gothenburg, the tram stop is just a few minutes away.
