What makes Kviberg Park different
- The activity hotel. We're not a spa and wine-and-dine hotel. Here, both body and mind get a workout, with access to trainers and coaches. There's a gym in the building. Within walking distance you'll find outdoor padel, indoor climbing and the gym Fit for Fight.
- Every tenth booking gives back. When you book conference activities as a group, we donate every tenth booking to a youth organisation of your choice. Kviberg is a hive — a community within a community — and the money stays with the next generation.
- Beehives and honey from the rooftop. Companies can invest in their own beehives with us. After summer, the locally produced honey is sold on site.
- The world's largest indoor beach volleyball centre. It's right here. Sand, nets and tournament formats year-round, no matter what the weather does outside.
- Rooms with a view of the football pitch. A handful of rooms face the full-size indoor pitch — your own private box. They are exceptionally quiet and great for deep sleep and unwinding. Some of them are rented as dog-friendly rooms when the fireworks start.
- Skidome one day, beach the next. Skidome is nearby — the Gothenburg region has the most Vasaloppet skiers in Sweden thanks to it. A morning on the slopes and an afternoon on the sand is entirely possible.
- Easy to get here. Coaches park easily at the venue and breakfast hours are generous. The tram stop is a five-minute walk away and the city centre is just twelve minutes from your door.
Groups we welcome
We're a sports federation looking for a summer camp venue — does that work?
Absolutely. There's a full-size sports hall for basketball, floorball and handball, a beach hall, Skidome, a gym, conference facilities, catering and accommodation all at the same address. Group size is only limited by available rooms and beds — 121 rooms and 355 beds. Football training camps are sold exclusively via Olka in Sweden and Norway; other sports are booked directly with us. The ice rink across the street is booked through the City of Göteborg and the Sports Administration. Everything is arranged on request — we don't have set package prices at this time.
We're a travel agency with coach groups on a European tour.
Coaches park easily at the venue and breakfast hours are generous. The tram is a five-minute walk away and takes you into the city centre in twelve minutes. With 121 rooms and 355 beds, you can keep the whole group together in one place, and the on-site restaurant serves everything from breakfast buffet to à la carte dinner.
We're travelling for pilgrimage purposes — is there space for devotion?
The pilgrimage route is nearby. One of the conference rooms can be hired as a prayer room, the hotel rooms are simple and peaceful, and breakfast is nutritious. Packed lunches can be arranged as part of the setup. Get in touch and we'll put something together for your group.
We want to train cross-country skiing but have no snow at home.
Skidome is nearby and has snow year-round. Many Vasaloppet skiers from southern Sweden use it as a training base, and with us you're just minutes from the track. Feel free to combine it with a gym session in-house.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, pets are welcome. Some of the quiet rooms facing the indoor pitch are also rented out as dog-friendly rooms during fireworks periods.
