Every morning we lay out a breakfast buffet that gives you exactly the start you need. Freshly baked bread, cold cuts, eggs cooked various ways, fruit, yoghurt and coffee that actually tastes good — not the watery hotel version you might be expecting. Breakfast is included for hotel guests, but you don't need to be staying with us to eat here.

Conference groups with early starts appreciate that breakfast is ready from first thing in the morning. And for those who prefer a slower start, there's always a seat by the window with a view of the arena. It's the kind of morning that makes you actually look forward to heading down to the breakfast room.

Why not combine breakfast with a stroll through Kviberg Park's green spaces before the meeting day kicks off — it's twelve minutes to the city centre, but it feels like a completely different world.

A conference without proper food loses energy by the mid-morning coffee break. That's why we put real effort into making the conference menu something more than a plastic-wrapped sandwich and a flask of coffee. Morning fika with homemade cinnamon buns, lunch with a hot dish and salad, afternoon fika with fruit and something sweet — all served in or right next to your conference room.

For dinners and banquets connected to events or kick-offs, we can set up in the restaurant or in a separate part of the arena. We've hosted everything from three-course dinners for fifty people to casual buffets for two hundred. Every menu is put together in dialogue with you — we listen to what you want and suggest what we know works.
