Conference packages Göteborg — more than just a meeting room
What sets a conference package with us apart from a standard hotel meeting is the proximity to activities. Right after lunch, the group can head downstairs to Skidome for a cross-country skiing session, or challenge each other to a game of beach volleyball in the adjacent hall. That kind of break gives the afternoon's discussions a completely different energy.
Do you only need a meeting room without coffee breaks and meals? That's perfectly fine too. Just mention it in the quote request and we'll send you a separate price for room hire and equipment only. Whatever the setup, we'll make sure the room is ready with a projector, microphone and whiteboard when you walk in.
We've hosted everything from board meetings with eight people to kick-offs with a hundred and twenty participants. The venues are adapted to the size of your group, and Camp Nou — our largest room — holds up to 120 guests in cinema-style seating.

Half-day, full-day or overnight
The half-day conference is ideal when you need a focused morning or afternoon. The venue is set up with all the technology you need, and you'll enjoy a coffee break and a shared lunch before wrapping up. Coffee and fruit are available throughout the session — no one needs to go hunting for a vending machine.
The full-day package gives you the space to really dig deep into the subject. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks punctuate the day, and lunch is served in the restaurant. Confectionery, water and coffee are available at all times, keeping energy levels up right through to the last item on the agenda.
The overnight conference is our most comprehensive option. In addition to everything included in the full-day package, a dinner package and accommodation for all participants are also included. No need to worry about transport or hotel bookings — everything is under one roof at Prioritet Serneke Arena.

How long does it take to receive a response to a quote request?
We normally respond within one to two business days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer, but we always confirm that we have received your request.
Can we add activities at a later stage?
Yes, absolutely. The quote request form includes a field where you can indicate interest in activities such as Skidome, beach volleyball or a quiz. You can also add them later by contacting us by email or phone.
Is technical equipment included in the conference packages?
All packages include a projector, whiteboard, sound system and wireless internet. If you need extra microphones or other equipment, we'll arrange it — just let us know in your request.
Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Just specify any allergies and dietary preferences in the quote request and our kitchen will adapt the menu accordingly. We have experience with everything from gluten-free and vegan to lactose-free.
Meeting room only — without a package
Sometimes all you need is four walls, a projector and a closed door. If you've already arranged coffee breaks and lunch elsewhere, or if the meeting only lasts an hour, you can hire the room on its own. Just mention it in the quote request and we'll tailor the price to suit your exact needs.
All rooms are directly connected to the hotel and restaurant, making it easy to combine with a lunch at Glenn Sportsbar if you change your mind during the day.
